Project 96

The conversion of three bed semi-detached property to an eight bed, each with en-suite, student accommodation

This conversion required a side single extension, rear two storey extension and a loft conversion.  As well as the eight bedrooms, each with an en-suite, a communal dining kitchen was created.  All external areas were landscaped and a bike store assembled to comply with planning conditions.

Project 406

A side and rear extension turned this 3 bed semi-detached house into a 7 bed student accommodation.

This wrap around extension was created in block and render.  It was converted into a 7 bedroom, each with en-suite, HMO.  The ground floor also features a large kitchen diner with the addition of a large velux window to fill the space with natural light.

Project 401

This utility room was custom built, with the worktop being made with reclaimed oak from other parts of the clients property. All of the units were made to measure to house a washing machine and tumble dryer, and then hand painted in our workshop. Underfloor heating and stylish finishes make this a real luxury utility and shower room.

Project 27

This Nuneaton property added a small extension with corner bifold doors and a modern lantern, with the clever internal alterations allowing for a large kitchen and living space as well as a useful utility room, proving a small extension can make a huge difference!
A new boiler was installed with modern radiators and multiple electrical changes. The project finishes included a fitted kitchen, utility room and LVT flooring.

Project 31

The addition of a single storey extension to this Kenilworth home along with internal alterations created a new study space, bathroom and utility room. The internal finishes included oak doors and herringbone Karndean LVT flooring.
The anthracite grey cladding alongside an open oak porch with a glass roof wonderfully updated the 1970s exterior.

Project 32

This Rugby based project included a large single storey rear extension with 10m sliding doors and a feature glass lantern, garage conversion, first floor extension above the garage and new anthracite grey windows with a feature arch.
The project was finished with flagstone flooring, a fitted kitchen, fitted bathroom, ensuite and landscaping including steps with flagstone to match the interior.

Project 41

The addition of a two storey extension with dramatic internal alterations transformed two semi detached properties which had last been updated in the 1960s, into a five bedroom open plan modern home with attention to details that are sympathetic to the property's 1890s origin.
The work created a large open plan living space with flagstone flooring, solid wood kitchen with carrara quartz worktops, a dining/playroom with solid oak floor, and a master bedroom and ensuite with a roll top bath. Underfloor heating was installed throughout, and electrical works completed with brass fixtures and fittings.

Project 41A

A decrepit outbuilding was transformed into a beautiful home office with separate toilet at this property in Bulkington.
The roof was removed and replaced with the addition of a steel beam to meet building regulation standards, the ceiling, walls and floors were all fully insulated before being plastered, with pipe fed underfloor heating installed.
The project was finished with a fashionable cladded ceiling, white wash walls and LVT flooring.
